 According to the team that assembled the publication's Top 100 list, Forever presented a dynamic shift in the deejay's music.

Popcaan, (given name Andrae Sutherland) released the album in 2018. Produced by Mixpak Records, it entered the Billboard 200 chart at 171 and peaked on the Billboard Reggae Album Chart at number two.
It featured the hit tracks Firm and Strong, Silence, Wine for Me, Dun Rich (featuring Davido) and Superstar.
Vice magazine was launched in 1994 as the Voice of Montreal with government funding as an alternative punk magazine. The founders later launched the youth media company Vice Media, which consists of divisions, including the magazine, as well as a website, broadcast news unit, a film production company, a record label, and a publishing imprint.
Popcaan cemented his place in the dancehall arena in 2010 with the song Clarks, a collaboration with his mentor Vybz Kartel and Gaza Slim. A former member of the Gaza/Empire team headed by Kartel, he also released hit songs such as Up Inna D Club, Ravin, Clean and When We Party.
The St Thomas-born artiste continues to build his name, by hosting the first Unruly Fest last December in his home parish. The concert saw cameos from star rappers Drake and Tory Lanez. Popcaan is signed to Drake's OVO Sound label.
The second staging of Unruly Fest is scheduled for December 21 at Goodyear Factory in St Thomas
